2. New animal vocabulary!
In this presentation we’re going to know new vocabulary about
the animals.
So, we’re going to learn what we call the baby’s animals in
English, because adult animal and children animal have
different names.
3. Dogs
In English we call “dog” to the
adult dog, but we call “puppy” to
the baby dog.
In the case of the cats, we call
“cat” to the adult cat, and we call
“kitten” to the baby cat.

The baby bird is called “birdie”,
and the adult bird is called
“bird”.
The case of the rabbits will result
more easy for us, the adult rabbit
is called “rabbit”, while the baby
rabbit is called “bunny”, like Bugs
Bunny.

The baby pig is called “piglet”,
and the adult bird is called “pig”.
The fishes have a more difficult
name to remember, the adult fish is
called “fish”, but the baby fish is
called “fingerlings”.

The adult cow is called “cow” but
the baby cow is called “calf”
The kangaroo is a beautiful and
completely animal, the adult
kangaroo is called “kangaroo” but
the baby kangaroo is called “joey”.

the mother is called “duckling”.
