WORK EXPERIENCE
01/15-09/2015 Loan Processor Amerisave Mortgage
My duties included managing a pipeline of loans for which I had to calculate and verify income
for refinances. I also had to speak with customer to try to obtain any documentation needed to
finalize loan applications. I verify income review appraisals. Worked with a variety of loan
types. Sent loan through DU systems for approval.
07/11 –07/14 HSS II/Jr Underwriter Bank of America
My duties included managing a pipeline of loans for which I had to calculate and verify income
for new home loan purchases and refinances. I also had to speak with customer to try to obtain
any documentation needed to finalize loan applications. I verify income review appraisals. I
worked closely with mortgage brokers and closing team preparing all documents for attorney’s
and title companies. I also do initial credit approvals for all of my loans and send to the
underwriter only for final review to ensure my calculations as well as decision is correct.
12/10 – 07/11 Loan Specialist III Wells Fargo Fort Mill SC
Daily job functions included set up new Reverse Mortgage accounts in the system. I also
reviewed account status and preformed all foreclosure duties t close out delinquent loans. In
addition to drafting up the payoffs for all reverse mortgages requested.
01/09- 12/10 Collector for Bankruptcy Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Fort Mill, SC
My duties include receiving inbound calls from customers who are currently in Bankruptcy
requesting loan modification assistance. I also provided the customers with the information
that will be needed to apply for retention or liquidation options. Processed payments for
customers also providing update to process of their loan modification review.

My duties includes assist client employees with registering for health benefits, account
maintenance, change of plans, adding dependent. Process all benefit transaction including
enrolling them in health coverage.

My duties include the entry of tax payments and Tax return information in JP Morgan system
while maintaining a key stroke of 10000 keys a night.

Make outbound calls to delinquent customers regarding outstanding mortgage balances.
Receive incoming customer service calls to address payment and balance issues. Assist
customers with making payment arrangements or by offering different options available to

and promote all products and services we offer. Making sure both of my stores score an
excellent on audit and other shops. Responsible for both stores to ensure they operate
according to compliance.
09/05-09-06 Continuity Marketing Coordinator for Verizon Wireless Meriden, CT
My duties included answering calls in a high volume call center in which I renew preferred
customers to new plans as well as upgrade their phones. I send customer equipment via mail
and stay in contact with customers to make sure they are well satisfied. I also do a series on
surveys to determine exactly what customers want. My job is to basically convince customers
why they should stay and renew with Verizon Wireless.

My duties included helping new and existing customers to find best the plan and phone to fit
their needs. Making sure I qualified them for plans that would hot have the have huge bills
that would in the end might want them to cancel with Verizon Wireless. Making sure they are
totally satisfied with the service that Verizon wirele ss is providing.
