 The environment consisted of a mixture of Novell Netware and Windows, deployment systems are
ZEN works and SMS.
 I performed staging and maintenance of a parallel LAB environment and the application to be tested
prior to approving it for deployment.
 It involved the creation of VB and WSH scripts to automate process segments possible, as well of
Visual Basic to create reporting tools.
