 T K Kurien (TK)
 Executive Vice-Chairman of Wipro Ltd and serves on its board of directors. TK’s role is to chart out the technology roadmap. Prior to
being appointed CEO, TK was the President of Wipro’s EcoEnergy division, driving a business that was ahead of its time, utilizing the
concept of Internet of things, long before it became the buzz word of today.
 Abidali Z. Neemuchwala
 Former COO, now Chief Executive Officer & Member of the Board of Wipro Limited. Abid’s career spans a 23 year tenure in TCS, where
he handled multiple roles in business, technology, sales, operations and consulting. In his last role, he headed the Business Process
Services business.
 Rishad Premji
 Rishad Premji is the Chief Strategy Officer & Member of the Board, Wipro Limited. In his role he also lead’s the Investor Relations &
Corporate Affairs functions for the company
 Dr. Ashok S. Ganguly
 Was member of the Rajya Sabha, the Upper House of the Parliament of India from 2009-2015. He is a former member of the Board of
British Airways Plc from 1996 to 2005 and Unilever Plc/NV from 1990 to 1997 and Dr. Ganguly was formerly the Chairman of Hindustan
Unilever Limited from 1980 to 1990. Currently he is the Chairman of our Board Governance, Nomination and Compensation Committee.
 Ireena Vittal
 Ms. Ireena Vittal is a member of Audit Committee of Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Titan Industries Limited and member of HR &
Compensation Committee of Godrej Consumer Products Limited. She also serves as a member of Audit/Risk and Compliance
Committee.
 Dr. Jagdish N. Sheth
 Member of the Strategy Committee, also the Chairman of Academy of Indian Marketing Professionals.

4. Dr. Patrick J. Ennis
 Patrick has more than 25 years of experience as a scientist, engineer, businessman and venture capitalist. He is currently at
Intellectual Ventures where he invests in technology commercialization worldwide via an international open innovation
network of thousands of inventors.
M. K. Sharma
 Mr. Sharma is the Chairman of Administrative and Shareholders/Investor Grievance Committee. Mr. Sharma is also a member
of our Audit/Risk and Compliance Committee. Mr. Sharma served as Vice Chairman of Hindustan Unilever Limited from 2000
to 2007.
Narayanan Vaghul
 He is the Chairman of Audit/Risk and Compliance Committee, and a member of the Board Governance, Nomination and
Compensation Committee. Mr. Vaghul is also the lead independent director of the Company. He was the Chairman of the
Board of ICICI from September 1985 to April 2009.
Patrick Dupuis
 He is Senior Vice President for Simplicity, Quality and Productivity at global technology platform and payments leader, PayPal
Holdings, Inc. where his focus is on improving PayPal’s customer experiences, eliminating upstream cost drivers and delivering
continuous productivity and re-investment capacity.
Vyomesh Joshi
 He is a member of Dean’s Advisory Council at The Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego. Prior to
joining the Company, Mr. Joshi served as the Executive Vice President of Hewlett-Packard’s Imaging and Printing Group.
William Arthur Owens
 He is a member of our Board Governance, Nomination and Compensation Committee, and serves as Chairman of Strategy
Committee. He has held a number of senior leadership positions at large multinational corporations
