Material up gradation, Training, Failure study & to give appropriate feasible solutions /recommendations.
Qatar Petroleum (QP) is planning to install Hazardous waste Incinerator (HWI) facility for treatment &
disposal of hazardous waste produced in whole state of Qatar including RLC. The facilities will be started
in 2017. Carried out Material selection study by evaluating different materials compatibility (meeting
NACE requirements) with all types of wastes to be used and finalized materials to be used for pipelines /
static & rotary equipments. Report accepted by QP.
May’ 2012 – March 2015 : ABS Industrial Verification (India) Pvt Ltd., Navi Mumbai (A

Lead Asset Integrity Management activities and also worked to carry out RBI assessment including Fit
For Purpose Certification of 67 nos. of Unmanned Offshore well head platforms of ONGC in the
Western Offshore field and 7 offshore platforms of Cairn India Limited at RAVVA field - Kakinada,
using RBI Software ‘ORBIT’ by DNV with detailed inspection plan for next 10 years along with item-
wise details on damage mechanism, applicable inspection method, and schedule for inspection.

1. RBI Assessment of 67 offshore well head platforms of ONGC in the Western Offshore field at
Mumbai High.

Mechanical Inspection Engineer with OMAN LNG LLC, Sur, Oman a SHELL joint venture.
OMAN LNG LLC has 3 Trains for Liquefaction of Natural Gas, received from PDO through
Pipeline, at Qalhat complex before shipping to customers.
Prime responsibility was to deal with all RBI related activities right from finalizing Corrosion
loops, RBI assessment of plant equipment & pipelines, generating Inspection schedules and its
implementation, preparing Inspection reports.
Review & update RBI Schedules at regular interval, as per Inspection findings. Ensure execution
of Inspection activities as per RBI schedule with a target of Zero backlogs.
Identifying gaps in RBI assessment / schedule and close the same. Also carried out RBI
assessment and scheduling of all Relief Devices in the plant as an independent activity.
Audits carried out by M/s Shell personnel were found satisfactory for all RBI related activities.
Shutdown management and Inspection Section System improvement. Advise on Material
