the ability to make calls from their PC regardless of the call destination.
• AinaCom solutions also offers all the necessary call center features including the mobile presence information of
employees. This give the switch operator an easy and up to date view of the company resources.
• Our customers can buy Lync services from the customer portal or manage their existing services.

CALL GROUP (RESPONSE GROUP)
• AinaCom offers contact center services which enable companies to serve their customers in multichannel enviroment. Our
solutions offer transparent visibility via reporting and easy contact center call flow management.
• Call groups is a way to manage call flows destined to a department for example customer service or sales. Invidual
department employees can join call groups as agents. Call group settings manage how the inbound calls are distributed to the
group agents.
• Customer portal has an important role in visualizing the call group logic to our customers. From the portal they can manage
their existing call group settings, add- or remove agents and create new call groups.
• Call groups include the following settings:
• Call group telephone number
• Call group name
• Agents
• Call distribution method
 Simultaneous call distribution
 Linear call distribution
