customer service, restaurant relations, social media, and various changing tasks based on the
growth and expansion of the company.
• Manager for the managers—in charge of delegating tasks for general managers and part-time
employees to make sure work is getting done in a timely fashion.
• Facilitated the growth and expansion of Main Line Delivery from 30,000 orders and $800,000
sales in one market in 2012 to 70,000 orders and $3.8 mm sales in three locations at the time of
acquisition in late 2016.
• Newsletter creation and distribution for drivers and customers.
• Admin for Facebook, twitter, and Instagram account.
• Lead Hiring Representative in local and expansion locations— revamped driver hiring process,
resulting in the growth from a pool of 45 drivers in 2014 to 95 drivers in 2016, including over
100 new hires for the company in 24 months.

o Created and updated job descriptions on all hiring websites.

o Manage initial scheduling, dispatch, payment, and contract for new hires.
