2. CAPTURE ERROR
The taskbar position of my pc is set to the top. On most computers
taskbar is set in the downside portion of the screen (default). As a
result, when I'm using any other computer, or using two laptops at the
same time. I often move my cursor up for the taskbar menu. However, I
gain control in a while. Still for a mere second my cursor always goes to
the upright portion automatically while opting for start or orther icons.
And it occurs recursively.

3. DESCRIPTION ERROR
There's an ashtray in my room. Mostly its placed on my bed side table or
my working table. My coffee cups are also placed there.
Though cup and ashtray both are on my table. And my intention is to
dump ash in the ashtray. I often dump it in cups.

4. DATA DRIVEN ERROR
Context:
Last week, there was an Engineering Ethics assignment. There were 29
topics and at most two students could select a single topic. I was
assgined to mark which topic was selected by which student. So, I
made a google form and took poll. However, before the day of
submission many students were forgot what topic they've selected.
They were texting me and I replied them with the title of their topic.
The title was not included in the form. I had to check the rubric of the
assignment and reply them what their topic was. At the last moment of
submission student who selected topic 29 knocked me and asked me
about his topic title.

5. DATA DRIVEN ERROR
Slip:
The slip occured while 29 topic's student knocked me. I was filling the
topic of my own assignment at that time. My selected topic was 3. I had
done a 14 page report on that topic.
I almost knew my topic by heart. But when I was pasting the topic of my
assignment I somehow pasted topic title 29 in there.I always check
reports twice before submission. I did the same that day. Still, I
submitted the report with this wrong information.
Though after two days of submission I saw this while making
presentation on this report. I was very paniced. I explained it to my
faculty. He understood my slip and said not to panic. Finally grades
came out yesterday there was no negetive marking I even got highest. I
will always be grateful to sir for not misunderstanding me.
6. ASSOCIATIVE ACTIVITY
ERROR
I play a game called PUBG (PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds). In this
game after you die you can spectate your teammates.
Often while spectating other's game, if an enemy comes on sudden or I
can hear enemy footsteps. I press my left mouse button which is the
shooting button and try to move my mouse toward the enemy head or
the sound. Nothing occurs as I am just seeing the game not playing.

7. LOSS OF ACTIVITY ERROR
This is a slip I do quite a lot.
Mostly, working in my computer or listening songs in my phone. If a text
pops up in messenger or whatsapp or whatsoever. I write the reply but
forget to press the send button. I even forget I haven't replied.
Many misunderstandings even occured due to this slip. People perceive
that if you see a text and do not reply you're ignoring them.
Sometimes I call people then forget why I called. Or I call them and
forget that I have called.
Midway through a task used to achieve a goal, you forget what
the goal was.

I use an extension called Pure Text to paste without formatting. The
shortcut for pasting without formatting is windows + v. But while working
I often press control + v instead of windows + v. Though I know I have to
paste without formatting. This slips occur so often that I even tried to
bypass the default paste to paste without formatting.
