 To ensure that all Security Operatives are given adequate training before deployment
for optimal performance
 Conduct a comprehensive survey of Client’s location to ensure adequate
understanding of customer requirements.
 To guarantee the credibility of all deployed operatives through proper bio data
verification.
 To ensure consistent provision of quality service through daily patrol, monitoring and
supervision of operatives
 To ensure constant customer satisfaction monitoring through bi-annualfeedback from
clients appraisal survey

complaints within 24hours

1.4 ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE AND LAYOUT
 The MD and other top management staff are responsible for defining
responsibilities, Authorities and the inter-relationship of personnel within the
Organization, these are documented in Job descriptions and effectively
communicated to all those involved. The Organization also maintains an
organizational chart, which describes the reporting lines of key personnel within
the company.
 The MD who resides at the Head Office works with a Team that support New
Adventure Solutions various operational units and functional areas. The manager
Finance oversees the financial activities within the Head Office through the Head
Office Finance/Account department; the GM Operations who reside at the Head
Office oversee the Operational activities at the various branches/Unit through the
Managing director and the Branch Managers.
 DEFINITION OF COMMONLY USED TERMS
 Audit: An examination of records/activities of a company’s to verify their degree
of conformity to established criteria.
 Audi tee: A department or its representative that is being audited.
 Compliance: Process of checking the extent to which a process or activity meets
specified requirements Controlled
 Document: A document formally issued to a particular department/ function or
personnel to protect the integrity of the document.
 Corrective Action: Action taken to eliminate the cause(s) of an existing
nonconformity, defect or other undesirable situation in order to prevent
reoccurrence.
 Customer: A recipient of a product (or service) provided by the supplier.
 Follow-up Audit: Audits carried out as a direct consequence of a previous audit to
determine whether appropriate corrective actions have been taken and are
effective.
 Management Review: A formal evaluation by top Management of the company of
the status and adequacy of the quality policy and set of objectives.
 Non-conformity: Non-fulfillment of a specified requirement. Obsolete Documents:
Documents that is no longer required for operational use. They may be stored as
historic documents. Organizational Structure: Responsibilities authorities and
relationship, arranged in a pattern, through which an organization performs its
functions.
 Preventive action: Action taken to eliminate the causes of a potential
nonconformity or defect in order to prevent reoccurrence.
 Procedure: Specified way to perform an activity.
 Process: Set of interrelated resources and activities, which transform inputs into
outputs in the presence of adequate resources
 Quality: Totality of characteristics of an entity that bear on its ability to satisfy
stated and implied needs.
 Quality Manual: An apex Document stating the intent, Quality policy and
describing the interaction/sequences of the QMS activities of an organization.
 Quality Policy: Overall intentions and direction of an organization with regard to
quality as formally expressed by top Management.
 QMS: Organizational structure, procedures, processes and resources needed to
implement quality management.
 Work Instruction: Instructions, which prescribes work to be done, who is to do it,
when it is to start and end or complete and how, the work is to be carried out.
1.6 COMPANY PROFILE AND SCOPE
 INTRODUCTION NAS: recognizes its responsibility as a provider of quality service and
product. To this end, RN Groups has developed and documented a quality
management system in line with the requirements of ISO this manual provides
comprehensive evidence to all customers, suppliers and employees of what specific
controls are implemented to ensure product quality. The quality management system
complies with all relevant requirements of the international standard This manual also
governs the creation of quality related documents. It will be revised every two years
or as necessary, to reflect the quality system currently in use. It is issued on a
controlled copy basis to all internal functions affected by the quality system and on an
uncontrolled copy basis to customers and
suppliers. It may be issued to customers on an uncontrolled copy basis upon customer
request.
 Our elaborate and efficient machinery geared towards the provision of unparallel
security services to our clients at short notices. As we are forever growing, our growth
is closely hinged on our training and re-training programmers which beam confidence
out of the entire workforce and the result is efficient service that we are known for.
