Quality Management System
We manage risk through our Quality Management System (QMS) which integrates our
quality, safety and management support systems.
The aim of the RCMG QMS is to provide the framework and systems to enable the
sustainable provision of services that exceed customer expectations and reduce
exposure to risk.
Key components include:
• The use of management system standards including those associated with
Quality, Safety and Environmental Management
• The provision of ongoing training to maintain a customer-focused workforce a
philosophy of continuous improvement through monitoring and reviewing the
provision of qualified shared resources to develop and maintain the RCMG
Management System
RCMG’s QMS is formalised through our Quality Policy
Quality Support System
Our core systems covering procedures, management tools, procurement, finance,
payroll and data warehousing have been developed, refined and integrated into all of
our operational processes. Some of these systems have been outlined further in our
Company Profile
Electronic Buying System (EBS)
RCMG’s Integrated Services manage the procurement of all goods via an Electronic
Buying System (EBS). This system has been developed in-house to meet our specific
purchasing needs. The EBS is able to effectively track the supply chain process, from
ordering through to delivery, this include quoting and invoicing.
Contract Management Plan (CMP)
During transition, a CMP will be tailored specific to your requirements. The CMP
provides a how-to manual for the safe and effective delivery of services to your sites.
Compliance to the CMP is the cornerstone of the RCMG’s Quality Management
System.
The CMP typically includes detailed information on:
• The scope of work
• Reporting requirements
• Quality inspection requirements
• OH & S requirements
• Waste and environment management
• KPIs and customer expectations
• All customer and RCMG policies and procedures that relate to the contract
Depending on the complexity of delivery requirements additional sub-plans may
be developed to further focus on areas specific to Safety and Environmental
Management.
The CMP is reviewed annually to encapsulate any improvement or changes to the
specifications or operating structure.
Occupational Health and Safety
At RCMG’s Integrated Services safety is a part of our culture and we believe that
safety is everyone’s responsibility. Our approach to safety is consistent across all
contracts and is supported and disseminated by our Company Safety Policy.
In support of our vision to achieve zero injuries in the workplace, we have established
a number of core safety beliefs:
• All injuries are avoidable
• Everyone is responsible for safety and injury prevention
• Working safely is a condition of employment
• No site induction – NO WORK!
• If it isn’t safe – DON’T DO IT!

identification and subsequent management of environmental issues across the
business.
In recognition of the specificity of the contracts that RCMG enters into, the
Environmental Management System is implemented at contract level through the
development and implementation of a contract specific Environmental Management
Plan (EMP)
Environmental Policy
RCMG is committed to providing a productive, safe and
sustainable environment. The RCMG Environmental
Policy is the overarching document that dictates and
directs the focus of RCMG’s efforts in protecting the

formalises our environmental commitment and provides
the cornerstone for environmental planning and action.

Environmental Management Plan
A key component of the RCMG’s Integrated Services Environmental Management
system is the commitment to develop site specific Environment Management Plans
(EMPs) for all contracts.
The EMP will be customised to align with your environmental management system
and objectives.
The EMP forms part of the Contract Management Plan (CMP) which ultimately details
all operational requirements for the contract.
This approach of integrating the EMP into the CMP facilitates embedding the ideal
that environmental management is a part of our everyday business.

The Environmental Management System establishes objectives, targets, processes, procedures and tools to facilitate the identification and subsequent management of environmental issues across the business. In recognition of the specificity of the contracts that RCMG enters into, the Environmental Management System is implemented at contract level through the development and implementation of a contract specific Environmental Management Plan (EMP) Environmental Policy RCMG is committed to providing a productive, safe and sustainable environment. The RCMG Environmental Policy is the overarching document that dictates and directs the focus of RCMG’s efforts in protecting the environment. The policy, signed by our Management formalises our environmental commitment and provides the cornerstone for environmental planning and action.

The EMP will be customised to align with your environmental management system and objectives. The EMP forms part of the Contract Management Plan (CMP) which ultimately details all operational requirements for the contract. This approach of integrating the EMP into the CMP facilitates embedding the ideal that environmental management is a part of our everyday business.
