1. ILM Specialist Arabic External Verifiers required for:ILM Qualifications in
Leadership & Management at Level 2, 3.
Our Leadership & Management qualifications are proving popular and we have
seen a dramatic increase in the number of ILM Centres running our qualifications
across levels 2 and 3. We are now looking to add to our expertise in this field.
Specifically, we are seeking to contract with Arabic people who have practitioner
experience in leadership & management and who are qualified managers.
Status: Consultant Contract from January to December
Based: The expectation is that the majority of the verification will be done
remotely via email.
ILM External Verifiers ("Consultants") have a key role in ILM quality control
processes. They are accountable to the Institute via the Quality & Compliance
Managers (Contract Managers) on a day-to-day basis.
Overview of the role
External Verifiers are appointed to monitor the work of ILM customers. They are
the key link between ILM (Awarding Organisation) and the Approved Centre.
Training will be provided for those with no previous EV experience. The role is
flexible, however the requirements is that EVs are prepared to take on a minimum
caseload of 10 ILM Centres.
Key attributes of for the role:
Qualifications at Level 5 and above in Leadership & Management or the
equivalent training and development.
Current management experince.
Effective Communication Skills.
Good Team Working Skills.
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a management related area.
Experince as an External Verifier (or equivalent) is preferred but not
essential.
Experince as a management trainer, lecturer.
Excellent approach to customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
