What is IALA?
IALA, the International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation
and Lighthouse Authorities is an 80-member-country organisation
representingnavigationservicesandinterestsworldwide.IALApublishes
module courses for AtoN training with Level-1 designed for management
and Level-2 for technicians.
Abu Dhabi Ports is one of nine organisations worldwide and the only one in the UAE that is
accredited by the International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse
Authorities (IALA). The company is also licensed by the UAE Federal Transport Authority,
contributing to Abu Dhabi’s growth as a global maritime hub and centre of excellence
Building on the quality and expertise of our critical support services, Abu Dhabi Marine
Services (Safeen) is proud to be the first in the region to offer cutting-edge Aids to
Navigation(AtoN)trainingcoursesforemployeesofentitiesinthemaritimeandoffshore
services.
Based on IALA model courses E-141/1, our one-week IALA AtoN Level-2 training course
offers you an opportunity to learn the theoretical and practical aspects of the business.

Workshops will include AtoN operation
maintenance, full AtoN refurbishment,
