 To check all purchase order to ensure compliance with the SLIM Purchasing Policy and Procedures.

 To coordinate with other Deapartment Heads in setting up Par Stock Level.
 To monitor the Storeroom Inventory.
 To review daily and monthly storeroom issuance and receipt reports.
 To monitoring the slow moving stocks within the storeroom and inform Financial Controller for any
irregularities.
 To review monthly storeroom variance report.
 To report any found irregularities to Financial Controller.

 To update recipe costing in POS system month.
 To conduct bar spot check, buffet test, yield test and portion test periodically.

 To update Menu Recipe Cost and Maintaining F&B Fidelio System.

pilferage and in case of variation, take corrective actions.
 To rase Memoranduam to the Cashiers and Service Staff if any Item is not Charged or under Charged.
 To check the Sales, Discounted Bills, Void Bills and Missing Bills on Daily Basis.
 To Ensure that all the Inventories of F & B Assets and Operating Supplies have been done strictly as per
the laid down procedure.
 Checking all the Invoices of Vendors as the Rates should be matched with the Rates quoted for the
Financial Year and the Quantities should be tallied with the GRN.
