We have decided that we will produce Watermelon juice and export it in UAE. The United Arab Emirates is
an Arabian Peninsula nation settled mainly along the Persian (Arabian) Gulf. The country is a federation of
7 emirates. The Capital name is Abu Dhabi. The Currency is United Arab Emirates dirham. This product is
totally new & different from existing products There is a huge potential market for juice in UAE because
watermelon juice is a new product in the market. UAE IS a Middle East country normally during the day
time temperature is very hot there. People can face dehydration and feel less energetic. So, we have
decided to name this watermelon Juice to Energy Booster. Watermelon is great source of iron and vitamin

As we are new in international marketing according to Phase 1 first step we have
chosen UAE as our potential market because of the nature and positioning of this
country. Our critical first step will be in the international planning is to decide how
we grab the market of UAE & how they import Watermelon as raw form or as juice.
Our next step will be to establish screening criteria against how we will evaluate UAE
country market and how we will compete with other available juices in UAE. Once
evaluation criteria are set, a complete the analysis of the environment within the
country we are going to operate.

data generated in phase 1. We have chosen UAE as our target market so we need to
adapt the marketing mix. If we take any incorrect decision at this point it can lead to
produce inappropriate for the intended market or costly mistake in pricing, advertising,
and promotion. We will collect our raw material as watermelon from Patuakhali and
Jhalkathi. During the month from April to June is the time of watermelon production in
Bangladesh. In that time, we will process our juice and make it ready to export at around
3-4 month. Our juice expiry date will be around six months.

our product to UAE. Exporting either direct or indirect. With direct exporting, we will sell
our product to a customer in UAE. In this part, we promote our product by using internet
so that the customer of UAE can know about product. Another is indirect exporting
usually means that we will sell our product to a buyer who is distributor of UAE. When
we will export our product in UAE, we must follow the process of export in Dubai. We
think that by exporting our product can create a good position in UAE market.

our limitation. We think that we are succeed. Here we included all things about a
proper international marketing plan. we have chosen a produce that can grab the
market attention in UAE. We are going to export watermelon juice named as Energy
Booster. There is a high demand of juice team in Middle East country like UAE. We
hope that watermelon juice named as Energy Booster can create a position in
market. If we can maintain good product quality and other international planning
process we can hope for a good feedback.
