INTRODUCTION
 “A restaurant is an establishment that serves prepared food and beverages to
be consumed on the premises.
 The term covers a multiplicity of venues and a diversity of styles of cuisine.”
 Restaurant means a business whose principal purpose is the sale of food or
beverage served in paper, plastic or other disposable containers for immediate
consumption inside, outside or away from the building, including businesses
that provide delivery of food for immediate consumption.
 In the restaurants, products and suppliers are used on a “first-in, first- out”
basis to ensure freshness.

PetPooja is a part of ‘Prayosha food services Pvt. Ltd’. It is a multi restaurant delivery service
operating through call center and web site that links individuals and companies with the best local
restaurants.
It is launched by the professionals who have more than 7 years of experience in service industry and
having wide range of experience from supply chain, operations, financial modeling, venture
capital, customer relations, vendor management, business process engineering, retail
management, people management and so on.
PetPooja is associated with almost all major restaurant in Ahmadabad and also tie up with large
corporate.
We are one stop solution for any food from any restaurant for corporate and retail customer and
delivery solution for the restaurants
Petpooja is one of its kind of multi restaurant home delivery service for food.
As happens in most of the cases, we also started with idea and working hard to make this idea into
an organization that will always delivers happiness.
And as with any ambitious small company, we want to not just become big but want to rule the
world.

 Petpooja comes Vadodara for the purpose of Bring all
the restaurant on a single IT platform with a Billing
platform cum web based portal.
 This portal is helpful for both manager as well as owner.
 Manager can make the bill and get report through it.
 Owner can get live update of restaurant through it.

 Descriptive research was undertaken by using survey method. A structure
questionnaire was designed and given to respondents to elicit specific
information. This method has several advantages.
 First the questionnaire is simple to administer.
 Second the data obtained are reliable because the responses are limited to
the alternatives used.
 Finally coding, analysis and interpretation of data are relatively simple.

FINDINGS
 All the restaurant does not have features like free software, live update, KOT
management, Improve your business by providing your Menu to home delivery
service provider, update on mobile, and report export on excel sheet etc. which is
provided by Petpooja software.
 30 restaurants are ready for this kind of software and tie up with petpooja. All of
them also think that they are at benefit side as they will get more sales without any
marketing of the restaurant or the product.
 18 restaurants have requirement of inventory management, and 3 restaurants has
required for Cost management and Recipe management.
 The entire Restaurant has paid money for getting software.
 59% of the restaurants owners are paid above 45000 money for the software.
 Majority (i.e.33) of the restaurants owners are Use Solution software for the billing
purpose.
 Petpooja software gets good acceptance among the restaurants owners in the market.
 After surveying the restaurants now we can conclude that this software is
feasible and it can fill the niche market place in the food services industry
in Gujarat and India
 It is advisable for the company to make improvement like Inventory
management, Recipe management, Multiple KOT, Cost management, and
Report.
 For this kind of business, success is highly depends upon the restaurants
and relationship with them.
 Small and local good restaurants must be added through this software. As
they are interested to joint.
 As the concept and company itself is very new to market, they must focus
highly on the very active promotional activities to create brand awareness
in the market.
CONCLUSION
 After doing the feasibility study of new brand we knew that this kind of new
concept is totally feasible and even welcomed by restaurants.
 As Petpooja software is very new concept in the restaurant industry in Gujarat and
India, there are many opportunity and also many problems are there to be faced by
company. From the survey we came to know that many restaurants are Rigid they
don’t want to change their software in spite of free. So it may be difficult for
Petpooja to tie up with them.
 From this study we knew that it is feasible, but to make it run successfully
company need to concentrate actively upon brand and services provided by them.
 In spite of being very new company with totally new concept, after starting
marketing of Petpooja software, petpooja has tie upped with almost all good
restaurants of Vadodara.
LEARNING
 From this summer internship project I Have get exposer about the
Restaurant Industry.
 I learned about the billing software use in Restaurants Industry.
 I also learned how to marketing and how to sell the product.
 I am able to know from my summer internship project that how the
survey gets undertaken.
 It helps me to understand that how the actual Research is done.

INTRODUCTION  “A restaurant is an establishment that serves prepared food and beverages to be consumed on the premises.  The term covers a multiplicity of venues and a diversity of styles of cuisine.”  Restaurant means a business whose principal purpose is the sale of food or beverage served in paper, plastic or other disposable containers for immediate consumption inside, outside or away from the building, including businesses that provide delivery of food for immediate consumption.  In the restaurants, products and suppliers are used on a “first-in, first- out” basis to ensure freshness.

It is a multi restaurant delivery service operating through call center and web site that links individuals and companies with the best local restaurants. It is launched by the professionals who have more than 7 years of experience in service industry and having wide range of experience from supply chain, operations, financial modeling, venture capital, customer relations, vendor management, business process engineering, retail management, people management and so on. PetPooja is associated with almost all major restaurant in Ahmadabad and also tie up with large corporate. We are one stop solution for any food from any restaurant for corporate and retail customer and delivery solution for the restaurants Petpooja is one of its kind of multi restaurant home delivery service for food. As happens in most of the cases, we also started with idea and working hard to make this idea into an organization that will always delivers happiness. And as with any ambitious small company, we want to not just become big but want to rule the world.

This method has several advantages.  First the questionnaire is simple to administer.  Second the data obtained are reliable because the responses are limited to the alternatives used.  Finally coding, analysis and interpretation of data are relatively simple.

FINDINGS  All the restaurant does not have features like free software, live update, KOT management, Improve your business by providing your Menu to home delivery service provider, update on mobile, and report export on excel sheet etc. which is provided by Petpooja software.  30 restaurants are ready for this kind of software and tie up with petpooja. All of them also think that they are at benefit side as they will get more sales without any marketing of the restaurant or the product.  18 restaurants have requirement of inventory management, and 3 restaurants has required for Cost management and Recipe management.  The entire Restaurant has paid money for getting software.  59% of the restaurants owners are paid above 45000 money for the software.  Majority (i.e.33) of the restaurants owners are Use Solution software for the billing purpose.  Petpooja software gets good acceptance among the restaurants owners in the market.
  • 20.  After surveying the restaurants now we can conclude that this software is feasible and it can fill the niche market place in the food services industry in Gujarat and India  It is advisable for the company to make improvement like Inventory management, Recipe management, Multiple KOT, Cost management, and Report.  For this kind of business, success is highly depends upon the restaurants and relationship with them.  Small and local good restaurants must be added through this software. As they are interested to joint.  As the concept and company itself is very new to market, they must focus highly on the very active promotional activities to create brand awareness in the market.
  • 21. CONCLUSION  After doing the feasibility study of new brand we knew that this kind of new concept is totally feasible and even welcomed by restaurants.  As Petpooja software is very new concept in the restaurant industry in Gujarat and India, there are many opportunity and also many problems are there to be faced by company. From the survey we came to know that many restaurants are Rigid they don’t want to change their software in spite of free. So it may be difficult for Petpooja to tie up with them.  From this study we knew that it is feasible, but to make it run successfully company need to concentrate actively upon brand and services provided by them.  In spite of being very new company with totally new concept, after starting marketing of Petpooja software, petpooja has tie upped with almost all good restaurants of Vadodara.
  • 22. LEARNING  From this summer internship project I Have get exposer about the Restaurant Industry.  I learned about the billing software use in Restaurants Industry.  I also learned how to marketing and how to sell the product.  I am able to know from my summer internship project that how the survey gets undertaken.  It helps me to understand that how the actual Research is done.
