We are part of SAP Venture and FB Accelerator Startup. Our product stands unique in terms of its offering (Data Analytics/Predictive analytics/ Machine learning) in a food tech business domain.

We provide restaurants with a SaaS-based platform to facilitate the Data Analytics, Taste Analytics, and Sentiment Analytics solutions. We analyze the data from different social channels(Zomato, Facebook, FourSquare etc) and provide restaurants with meaningful insights (E.g. Social Rankings city/location wise for different sectors of a restaurant, Social Engagements by aggregating reviews, Topic extractions from reviews to bifurcate Food, Services, nd Ambience improvement areas etc) to improvise their business with enhanced customer support. We have plans to extend the similar model/analytics with other domains such as Hotels/Hospitality and other consumer domains.

In addition, Eatby is part of FB Start Program. This has enabled us to build the unique chatbot assistant to reserve table across restaurants. This could be directly embedded to a restaurant's FB page from where restaurants can accept order for reservations in less than 15 secs of time. In our future roadmap, we aim to build a full fledged restaurant customer support system leveraging the FB Chatbot assistant.This will enable both users and restaurants to quickly address the issues.
