4. Background The theme has been picked up from the Hollywood movie “Ghost Rider” and the Producer wants to produce an animated movie targeting the Indian audience in the age group from 8 to 18 yrs
5. Description of Problem As animated movies are not launched as often in India, whether it will work for Indian audience or not. Whether the movie will attract the rural audience. Will the parents be comfortable letting their children to watch the movie with a title like Ghost Rider
6. Research Objective To assist the producer to decide whether to produce the movie for Indian audience.
7. Applied Methodology Feedback was obtained by a questionnaire survey and data was analyzed for the final conclusion. Rural feed back has been taken over by phone survey.

11. Sample Age group considered for the Survey is 8- 18 Years & above 18 years Locations are divided as Metro City, Non-Metro City & rural.
12. Limitations Limitations in contacting the rural audience hence survey done through phone survey for the rural audience. Kids were not able to understand the questions hence had to explain all the questions to them.
15. Conclusion and recommendations Its been observed that though the age group of 18 & above are not very keen on watching the animated movie they would watch the movie for their near and dear once. Kids are crazy about name Ghost Rider and the movie will drive them crazy if it is an action movie. Though Age group of 18 & above prefer comedy over action animated movie , possibility of 8-18 age group would drive them in to theaters.
16. Conclusion and recommendations Kids will not find it difficult to drive their parents to theaters due to the awareness of movie Ghost Rider in metro city amongst the age group of 18 & above. Both the age group will drive additional viewers in all the locations. Rural may not be the best market for the animated movies in current scenario.
