•    Most travelers dread waiting long hours, sometimes
     days, between flights.
•    Travelers are required to constantly be aware of
     flight updates.
•    Current waiting areas, food courts, bars, or mobile
     workstations are boring, distasteful, noisy,
     uncomfortable, and separated.
•    Per Diem services, such as, Wifi are costly.
•    Airline exclusive lounges promise a higher quality of
     comfort and amenities, but the costs are prohibitive
     for most travelers.
