This lesson plan aims to teach English to 7-year-old Spanish students using The Jungle Book as the literary text. Over six classes, students will engage in pre-reading, reading, and post-reading activities to improve their linguistic skills and vocabulary. Activities include watching the movie with subtitles, singing and acting out a song from the movie, creating an alphabet animal list, using grammatical structures from the song, and a field trip to observe animals. Students will be evaluated at the end to assess language progress.
