  • Ingredients
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    13 cup sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    ¼ tsp. baking soda
    ½ tsp. salt
    8 tbsp. unsalted butter
    ½ cup sour cream
    1 large egg
     
  • Preheat oven to 400˚

  • …until large dough clumps form.
  • Use hands to press the dough against bowl into a ball.
  • Place on lightly floured surface.
  • Pat into a 7-8 inch circle about ¾ inch thick.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and cut into 8 triangles.
  • Place on cookie sheet.
  • Bake until golden, about 15-17 minutes.
