Intellectual Skills (capacity to understand questions and give concise relevant answers) C. Skills Related (capitalization on one's skills that are related to the job) II. Delivery (30 points)  The command of English language in giving answers, and the verbal and nonverbal skills portrayed. A. Communication Skills A.1: English communication skills (pronunciation, grammar) A.2: Manner of speaking (use of English sentences in conveying thoughts, nonverbal cues) B. Confidence (bearing of oneself and in answering questions) III.
