  8. Winners are part of the team; Losers are apart from the team
  9. Winners always has a plan; Losers always has an excuse
  10. Winners make it happen; Losers let it happen
  11. Winners say “Let me do it for you” Losers says “that is not my job”
  12. Winners say I must do something”; Losers say “Something must be done”
  13. Winners is always a part of the answer; Losers is always a part of the problem
  14. Winners see an answer for every problem; Loser see a problem for every answer
  15. Winners believe in win-win; Loser believe for them to win, someone has to lose
  16. Winners say It maybe difficult but it is possible; Losers say “it may be possible but it is too difficult
  17. Winners make a mistake; he says “ I was wrong”; Loser makes a mistake, he says “It wasn’t my fault”
