Project Title: Facility (Stadium) Audit
Client: Cronulla Sutherland Football Club

Project Description
ISFM was engaged by the Cronulla Sharks to complete a
detailed audit of Toyota Stadium to examine and deter-
mine the following key issues:
− The precise capacity of the stadi-
um including all seating (open and
covered), standing and corporate
(including suites, open boxes and
lounge areas) areas
− Identification of areas of deficien-
cy, in particular those areas seen
to be operationally inefficient
− Identification of areas which will
deliver increased commercial
opportunity and revenues
At all times during the audit ISFM was cognisant of the
adjoining licenced club to ensure any recommendations
from the audit delivered mutual benefit to the club’s oper-
ations.
