2. ANALYZE LEARNER
•My 8th grade class consists of 20 students.
There are 11 girls and 9 boys.
•Three have ADD
•One is handicapped
3. MAIN OBJECTIVE
By the end of the week my
students will be able to classify
a triangle by angles and sides,
find the perimeter of a triangle,
and find the area of a triangle by
watching videos, doing
worksheets, and playing math
inspired computer games with
85% accuracy.
4. DAY BY DAY
•Monday- My students will use worksheets and videos to
learn how to classify triangles based upon their angles.
•Tuesday- My students will learn how to classify triangles
based upon their sides by using worksheets and 3d figures.
•Wednesday- My students will learn how to find the perimeter
of a triangle by using groups to go to stations with 3d figures.
•Thursday – My students will learn how to find the area of a
triangle by viewing a powerpoint and doing a worksheet.
•Friday- My students will use online games that allow me to
track their knowledge of triangles.
