RK Architecture is a full service Architectural LLP owned and operated by South
Florida residents with over 40 years specializing in Healthcare Environments.
Working with Healthcare Providers and Facilities Managers, we design healing
environments with patient comfort and economical budgets as foremost goals. We
provide value through extensive experience in client relations, program and design,
making a contribution to creating healing environments with an interdisciplinary
team. Existing natural and social site conditions are integrated with the demands of
the client through evidence based design.

Due Diligence Studies
Studies include the determination of feasibilities and effects on existing systems, physically and functionally,
to evaluate merit. Particular accuracies in cost estimates and projected life cycle costs add value in our
comprehensive approach. Our thorough groundwork research into program evaluation, involving end users
and client’s demands has led to outstanding results. All studies are comprehensive including all potential
disciplines and integration with existing systems.
Construction Administration
Construction Administration Services and appropriation of significant subcontracting has provided direct
saving to clients. CA services are of critical importance for accurate interpretation of drawings and design
intent. Quality control, and construction delay mitigation, save the facility capital expense and reduce call
back inconveniences. RK Architecture also provides third party QA/QC reviews of projects from document
preparation through construction and AHCA inspections.
Campus Master Planning/ Strategic Medical Planning
Effective, integrated, comprehensive, and flexible long-range facilities master planning, including local and
regional demographics, natural systems analysis, and functional adjacencies are observed and analyzed.
Clinical outcomes, safety and volume of services are reviewed in light of local goals and objectives.
Facilities Evaluations
Facilities asset functionality surveys including equipment, service history, work orders, warranties, BIM,
furniture and furnishings, to determine preventive maintenance and replacement plans. We assist
implementation and help maintain facility information systems integrating the visual and inventory capabilities
of computer based drawings and data. Graphics, signage, and way finding are also analyzed and
implemented.
