PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS
Ms. Ludy joined BCS, Incorporated (BCS) in 2015 as a Senior Requirements Analyst with the company’s Business
Systems Development and Integration Group. In this role, Ms. Ludy utilizes her strong business analysis and
project management skills, leveraged with her background in information technology (IT), release management,
process improvement and technical training to provide requirements analysis on information technology systems
integration for the U.S. Department of Energy. She received her bachelor’s degree of Science with a minor in
Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Before joining the BCS team, Ms. Ludy worked at
a variety of companies, including Koch Business Solutions, Cargill Meat Solutions, Associated Bank and Electronic
Data Systems. Her experience in business analysis includes streamlining business processes and formally
documenting business and technical requirements for financial and transportation systems. She has solicited
requirements to create and test a disaster recovery process, and she has developed and provided client and user
training on software products. Her experience includes extensive documentation, tracking and implementation of
testing on multiple platforms.
