Arranged a $1.2M cost plus full service facility contract within 90-days and incorporated new
Computerized Maintenance Management System; new contract contributed to 100K bank savings in
the first year of operation; collaborated with the Contracts Unit to establish and finalize a reduced
scope of work that decreased expenses by $500K annually.
Chosen by the Bank’s President, in a collaborative team effort, to facilitate the incorporation of a new
accounting and procurement software; completed the project in a record time, within 7 months, and
under budget; team performed as the first one in 100 conversions to finalize the balancing of the
general ledger trial balance within less than one hour.
Maintained full responsibility and oversaw bank’s commercial & residential leasing and primary general
maintenance, fire life safety and HVAC vendor for all of banks state wide facilities; established project
plans with vendors, outside agencies and bank management.
Guided the Contract Manager regarding more than 75 property department vendor contracts;
supported the Contract Manager and ensured that contracts comply with regulatory, internal audit
and the banks vendor management program.
Orchestrated the banks 3rd party facility contract vendor operations and budgets; regulated the banks
preventative maintenance and inspection process for General Maintenance, HVAC and Fire Systems
for all statewide bank facilities.
Held fully accountable for the safety of for more than 30 branches and buildings statewide, responding
to after hour facility maintenance and trouble calls; resolved any arising issues and ensured safety of
employees and customers as well as secured banks assets; handled 3rd party damages and
reimbursements to bank property and facilities.
Charged with regulating bank property, plant, capital projects, renovations and remodeling; devised
plans, developed budgets, prepared bid specifications; conducted inspections, tracked costs, and
created progress reports; ensured all contracts and projects are in compliance with the bank's
contractual and financial obligations.
Held fully responsible and coordinated all aspects of new construction, maintenance, and equipment
contracts and leases; managed the daily activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety and
maintenance of bank owned or leased premises; evaluated and approved Request for Bids and
Request for Proposals.
