          office, support, and special purpose spaces, including design options, construction drawings,
          material and finish specifications, M/E and security infrastructures, furniture system integration,
          and fixtures and equipment definition/integration in support of stakeholders requirements and
          objectives.
          Fabrication and definition of work scope, work breakdown structure, procedures required to
          generate project schedule and identify deliverables, and production of request’s for
          proposal(RFP’s) and statements of work (SOW’s).
          Participation in office committees to establish standards and policies, and maximize efficiency of
          resources, team-building activities and lesson’s learned sessions.
          Proven proficiency for conducting research, development, analysis and definition of ‘users’
          accommodation needs; conducting interviews, providing quality client services using diplomacy,
          patience and tact; collecting, summarizing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
          Developing, defining and communicating interior space planning and decor presentations, cost
          estimates and budgetary concerns, work plans, scheduling time frames and restrictions,
          milestone deliverables, facility options and recommendations to users, senior management and

          Preparation and administration of technical drawings using AutoCad, specifications using NMS
          (National Master Specifications) and support on product selections and applications.
          Preparation and issuance of performance reports based on collection, review, analysis and
          tracking of project data (including clarifications, addendums, change-orders, shop drawings, site

Interior Designer/Project Management Support | March 2007 – January 2012
Tiree Facilities Solutions | Ottawa, Ontario

       Provision of project planning, design management and project management support services to
       several prominent federal government agencies.

       Primary - 125M project for the relocation of the RCMP National Headquarters and 3000
       personnel from various buildings to the Leikin Drive campus.

       Responsibilities included coordination of client requirements, functional programming,
       occupancy data, client liaison, client summary reports (including Security and IM/ICT
       requirements for all office, support and business unit special purpose spaces for all
       floors/buildings); design review conformance analysis and summary reports, approvals and
       change orders, site deficiency walk-thru's and gap analysis.

       Provided support to the Senior Project Manager with fundamental documentation, coordination
       of client requirements, design management, procurement and constructions review, written
       reports and executive presentations.

       Prepared and assisted with project budget forecasting and cost control, costing and scheduling
       estimates as well as project implementation approaches, issue/quality management processes
       and organizational requirements; monitor and control project risks and processes, preparation
       and amendment of procurement instruments for approval.

       Integrated change control, including variance and compliance reports and resolution of required
       versus discretionary changes in scope.

       Procurement of goods and services required for the Project respecting PWGSC’s principles of
       contracting and procurement.
