      YOUTH GROUP QUARTERLY EVALUATION FORM TO BE HANDED OVER TO THE VICE – PROVINCIAL BY 30TH SEPT. 31ST JAN & 31ST MAY.
      A PYAT (PARISH YOUTH ANIMATING TEAM) – A TEAM COMPRISING OF LAY COLLABORATORS AND SISTERS.
      A COORDINATING COMMITTEE COMPRISING OF SIX YOUTH ( 3 GIRLS / 3 BOYS)
    • POLICIES
      BREAK FORMS SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO BE PRESENT FOR MEETINGS FOR A CONSIDERABLE DURATION OF TIME.
      AGENDA SHOULD BE PREPARED BY THE COORDINATING COMMITTEE AND DISPLAYED ON THE YOUTH NOTICE BOARD
      ATTENDANCE REGISTER WILL BE MAINTAINED.
      YOUTH ACCOUNT TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE PRIEST IN-=CHARGE OF THE YOUTH GROUP AND THE TREASURER.
      THE YOUTH ACCOUNT SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO THE PARISH/INSTITUTE ACCOUNT
    • LINES OF ACTION
      PROGRAMMES IN THE AREA OF SOCIAL, SPIRITUAL, CULTURAL AND PERSONAL FORMATION SHOULD BE ORGANIZED REGULARLY.

      Sessions were well prepared and well develop by all the resource persons.
      A lot of hard work went in and it is very much appreciated by the participants.
      Participation was very good and lively, easy to relate with each other.
