While giving lecture or presentation, one has to cautious about it (120s) and mobilizes it inthat direction. Continuous lecture will make them bored, consequently they will show different behaviorwill be discussed later. Now the question is “How to keep the concentration?” Make yourself clear about the topic & practice yourself. Do not make your point too large to over 120s. Collect feedback that will ensure you that how the session is going on. Try to hear them before delivering the lecture. Do not stand in the same position for 120s. If you can walk along the aisle it will create a positive impact on listener. Take them in front so that they can express their selves. There is no alternative of Variation of VoiceWhile preparing the lecture, keep in mind: Memory Stock Visual Audio Visual TextualThe pie graph is representing the memory stock of human. More than half we can remember bywatching or visualizing. Near about one fourth of memory we gain while listening. And no doubt that weare able to maintain only 20 percent of data in our memory by reading or writing ant topic. So, try tomake some layouts which are possible to visualize before them.Last but not least, if you are enjoying the topic than you can be sure about that your audience is doingthe same. So, do not take any pressure, just deliver it as you are talking with your friends. Enjoy &Deliver. Prepared by: Ashak Hossan
