Editor's Notes

  • #11 Give each student a rectangle with measurements on the side. Get them to fold along the diagonal and discuss how we made a rectangle into a triangle. Discuss how this works and see if we can come up with a rule. Write it on the white boards. Then see if we can write it as a algebraic formula.
