How does successful project looks like? What is goal of

Remind yourself why you are doing this
Find what motivates you:

What is project and what is action?
The method makes you use actions in every project
If you dont have actions in project defined usually
you procrastinate because it is too big
Reminds you of something?
Remind you of your colleges who are sending you
urgent emails?
What does every action mean? How much time for
action and for project? Can I delegate?

When are you the most efficent – get to know

Do not plan too many things – have buffers –
always plan rather less – psychology!!!!
During planned work do not take phones, be in
DND, go away – if disturbed 15 min to get back
