Hey AIESEC!

You are now probably taking your first steps in developing AIESEC towards achieving the 2015 mid-term ambition.
This document will present you the final conclusions that 12 incredible people reached after participating in a 4 day
journey to define the principles of the Team Member and Team Leader Programme in the strategic meeting held in
the AIESEC International Office, The Netherlands. They represent 10 nationalities and 18 AIESEC entities from all
parts of the global network.


What you are going to find here:

This document is not going to tell you what to do or what to think. It will help you in asking the right questions and

Context of TMP-TLP Principles
TMP-TLP Principles are part of Programme frameworks. The
Programme frameworks are defined globally, and further refined
and executed nationally and locally.

     Principles

                     Any further criteria-setting, creation of policies or expectations are the
      Delivery       subject of individual decision of countries and local chapters.
TMP-TLP Principles
 Each experience is defined by a team purpose, aligned with
  The AIESEC Way, and driven by the individual.
 Each participant is responsible for the delivery of AIESEC
  2015.
 Each experience is delivered by co-creating a collaborative
  learning environment.
 An experience is physical, virtual or both and taken in any
  part of the world.
The Principles shall only be used together, and not as single statements. The Principles are giving the full
concept of TMP-TLP Programmes only together with Programme definitions and Business Model of the
programmes.

We have created this output to support you in creating similarl valuable discussions that we had during the TMP-TLP
Strategic Meeting. We hope it will challenge your current understanding and create new possibilities to reach our 2015
mid-term ambition. Since TMP and TLP are a shared responsibility of everyone who is managing and living these
experiences in the organisation, these discussions are affecting the experience of all participants across regions and
AIESEC entities. Below you can find our guiding questions and key ideas to think about.

  • 2. Hey AIESEC! You are now probably taking your first steps in developing AIESEC towards achieving the 2015 mid-term ambition. This document will present you the final conclusions that 12 incredible people reached after participating in a 4 day journey to define the principles of the Team Member and Team Leader Programme in the strategic meeting held in the AIESEC International Office, The Netherlands. They represent 10 nationalities and 18 AIESEC entities from all parts of the global network. What you are going to find here: • Global Principles for TMP-TLP experiences • Important messages from the participants of the meeting • A valuable practice that you can take together with your members • Platforms to collaborate and learn about where other entities stand This document is not going to tell you what to do or what to think.   • 3. Context of TMP-TLP Principles TMP-TLP Principles are part of Programme frameworks. The Programme frameworks are defined globally, and further refined and executed nationally and locally. Principles Any further criteria-setting, creation of policies or expectations are the Delivery subject of individual decision of countries and local chapters.

TMP-TLP Principles  Each experience is defined by a team purpose, aligned with The AIESEC Way, and driven by the individual.  Each participant is responsible for the delivery of AIESEC 2015.  Each experience is delivered by co-creating a collaborative learning environment.  An experience is physical, virtual or both and taken in any part of the world. The Principles shall only be used together, and not as single statements. The Principles are giving the full concept of TMP-TLP Programmes only together with Programme definitions and Business Model of the programmes.
  • 5. What are you doing next? We have created this output to support you in creating similarl valuable discussions that we had during the TMP-TLP Strategic Meeting. We hope it will challenge your current understanding and create new possibilities to reach our 2015 mid-term ambition. Since TMP and TLP are a shared responsibility of everyone who is managing and living these experiences in the organisation, these discussions are affecting the experience of all participants across regions and AIESEC entities.
