WiMax trials in the EMEA region, WiMax trials portfolio management, financial management of WiMax trials
controlling the budget.
• Bestowed the award of Outstanding Performance for the year 2007 (top 10% of Motorola worldwide
employees in recognition for my contributions to the WiMAX momentum in EMEA).

Mentoring Role
• Delivered many training courses to around 10 new Fastlink engineers in optimization and RF planning. These
courses lasted for around 2 months. The presentations included GSM overview, Optimization, RF planning,
Statistics, troubleshooting, drive testing, Handovers and Power control and many subjects in the world of
GSM.
• Delivered many presentations to the Performance department of Fastlink on weekly basis and for 4 months.
These presentations included methods of maintaining performance of a GSM network and many other
performance related subjects.
