resolving the issues
• Oversaw fault & alarm management of DWDM & SDH links of Optical Networks from NMS using different
vendor equipment
• Identified the fibre breaks and cuts in case of cable fault, OTDR and COTDR tests
• Suggested the proactive measures for traffic restoration, power reconfiguration & normalization activities in
