My main product is set in a woods and in a house as if it’s a ‘party scene’. This is the
same with my ancillary tasks; my digipak images are in the same place – the woods. It is
hard to tell on the image on my advertisement and some images on my digipak what
setting it is as the background is black. Although my advertisement doesn’t show any
woods, my digipak seems to tie the two together (more information mentioned on slide
_____); my digipak has images in the wood setting as well as the ‘party’ setting, the
advertisement and digipak use a black white and red colour scheme, however the
digipak also uses a ‘wood’ setting to connect to my video also. All 3 product use the
same/similar images.
All 3 product have the same smoking image(s)
My video & digipak contains similar images (woods)… …My digipak also contains similar images to the image on my
advertisement (black and white, character)
The house style is the same; the same colours are used
between the digipak and advertisement – red black and white.
Black and white also appears in the video. The digipak includes
the green/brown colours that are in the video a lot. The same
fonts are also used between the digipak and advertisement.
The images above show the text on the digipak and
advertisement which are the same. These are all the same
fonts, however some appears slightly different due to effects.
DIGIPAK ADVERTISEMENT
The same character appears on all
the products. She is shown smoking
on the advertisement, digipak and in
the video. She is also shown looking
quite down on the digipak and
throughout the video; this is done to
match the narrative and to continue
passing on the message of drug use
is bad. The images and narrative of
the character may suggest she is an
‘everyman character’ – she is shown
in a ‘real life’ situation, facing ‘real
life’ problems and effects, no happy
ending is shown. This is shown
through her facial expression and
body language on the digipak, her
face isn’t shown in the
advertisement, however the fact she
is smoking could show ‘real life’.

Each of my products combine quite effectively in my opinion. My advertisement is
fairly individual, it doesn’t contain the wood images. However, if you look at all the
products in an order, starting with the advertisement, they seem to lead into one
another, my digipak contains just one image; her smoking, the ‘flashback’ side of the
video which shows my character partying and using drugs, the digipak contains this
side of the video, as well as the woods – the parts which show the effects of her drug
use. The video obviously contains both of these sides, therefore they all combine
successfully.

  • 2. My main product is set in a woods and in a house as if it’s a ‘party scene’. This is the same with my ancillary tasks; my digipak images are in the same place – the woods. It is hard to tell on the image on my advertisement and some images on my digipak what setting it is as the background is black. Although my advertisement doesn’t show any woods, my digipak seems to tie the two together (more information mentioned on slide _____); my digipak has images in the wood setting as well as the ‘party’ setting, the advertisement and digipak use a black white and red colour scheme, however the digipak also uses a ‘wood’ setting to connect to my video also. All 3 product use the same/similar images. All 3 product have the same smoking image(s) My video & digipak contains similar images (woods)… …My digipak also contains similar images to the image on my advertisement (black and white, character)
  • 3. The house style is the same; the same colours are used between the digipak and advertisement – red black and white. Black and white also appears in the video. The digipak includes the green/brown colours that are in the video a lot. The same fonts are also used between the digipak and advertisement. The images above show the text on the digipak and advertisement which are the same. These are all the same fonts, however some appears slightly different due to effects. DIGIPAK ADVERTISEMENT
  • 4. The same character appears on all the products. She is shown smoking on the advertisement, digipak and in the video. She is also shown looking quite down on the digipak and throughout the video; this is done to match the narrative and to continue passing on the message of drug use is bad. The images and narrative of the character may suggest she is an ‘everyman character’ – she is shown in a ‘real life’ situation, facing ‘real life’ problems and effects, no happy ending is shown. This is shown through her facial expression and body language on the digipak, her face isn’t shown in the advertisement, however the fact she is smoking could show ‘real life’. Her smoking may
  • 5. Each of my products combine quite effectively in my opinion. My advertisement is fairly individual, it doesn’t contain the wood images. However, if you look at all the products in an order, starting with the advertisement, they seem to lead into one another, my digipak contains just one image; her smoking, the ‘flashback’ side of the video which shows my character partying and using drugs, the digipak contains this side of the video, as well as the woods – the parts which show the effects of her drug use. The video obviously contains both of these sides, therefore they all combine successfully. Digipak has same style as digipak (black &white, red, smoking) Digipak has wood scenes – mostly in video. Don’t relate as much, video has some similar style/images, advertisement doesn’t have any wood images. OVERALL: COMBINE EFFECTIVELY Thereisaconsistencyin colourscheme/hue
