ABOUT THE TRAINER
Rajan Rajadurai is a graduate from Southeast Missouri State
University with a Bachelor’s in Communication and a minor in
Philosophy. He started out his career in the advertising industry as a
Copywriter and shortly after that made a switch to HR with one of
the biggest multinational financial institutions. In the field of HR,
Rajan has worked in all the various disciplines of HR such as Benefit &
Compensation, Recruitment, Disciplinary Cases and Training &
Development.
He has over 7 years of experience in HR with more than 3 years of
experience in Training & Development. Rajan has successfully
conducted hundreds of training sessions all towards behavioral
changes, self realization and increasing performance & productivity.
Rajan is also one of the few trainers in Malaysia who can train very
fluently in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Rajan is a Certified Law of Attraction Trainer / Facilitator and was
certified by Michael J Losier, the author of the Number 1 best seller,
Law of Attraction.
Rajan is an energetic trainer who engages the crowd immediately
and keeps learning fun, and most importantly, memorable. He is able
to easily work with any kind of crowd and everyone leaves the
training program feeling great and fulfilled.
