• Obtained an M.A. in Teaching English as Second Language from Northern
Arizona University. Worked as a part-time lecturer at Kansai Gaikokugo
University, Ms. Nohara shifted her career path from academics toward
business. She worked at training service providers, Selnate Co., Ltd. and
Fujitsu Learning Media Ltd., and accumulated expertise in Training and
Development field.
• To expand her consulting areas, Ms. Nohara became independent HRD
consultant. She has alliance relationships with other professionals,
corporations and universities to pursue her mission to support motivated
individuals and organizations for better their better performance.
