Profile
• Obtained an M.A. in Teaching English as Second Language from Northern
  Arizona University. Worked as a part-time lecturer at Kansai Gaikokugo
  University, Ms. Nohara shifted her career path from academics toward
  business. She worked at training service providers, Selnate Co., Ltd. and
  Fujitsu Learning Media Ltd., and accumulated expertise in Training and
  Development field.
• To expand her consulting areas, Ms. Nohara became independent HRD
  consultant. She has alliance relationships with other professionals,
  corporations and universities to pursue her mission to support motivated
  individuals and organizations for better their better performance.

   Clarify client’business strategy, align their human resource strategy
                   s
    with it, design human resource development measures, implement
    and evaluate the measures, and apply the findings to the next round
    of measure development.
   Clarify client’human resource needs and the gap between the ideal
                   s
    state and the current state of human resources, select and
    implement the best HRD measures, and evaluate the results.
   Top level HRD expertise and knowledge on actual cases of my team
    will help client gain C-level commitment and approval on the target
    HRD measures within their organization.
