Koha Circulation checkout improvement

1. Improving circulation checkout performance

Issue
Using Devel::NYTProf I noticed that when we checkout an item (fig.1) , there is a really
long time passed creating the database schema (fig.2/3/4/5).

3. Solution
The solution is to add the import of ​Koha::Schema​ in the ​intranet.psgi​ file (fig. 6) (Plack
installation).

Now we can see a real difference on loading C4::Circulation when we do a checkout (fig.
7/8).
