    Kaizen refers to all activities that continiously improve all functions and eliminates wastes
  • 4. History
    After World War II, some american experts were brought in to Japan to help restore Japan by rebuilding Japanese industry.
    These experts did a training film to introduce some new management techniques
    The film was titled "Improvement in 4 Steps"
    (Kaizen eno Yon Dankai).
    This is the original introduction of "Kaizen", to management.
