History<br />After World War II, some american experts were brought in to Japan to help restore Japan by rebuilding Japanese industry.<br />These experts did a training film to introduce some new management techniques <br /> The film was titled "Improvement in 4 Steps"<br /> (Kaizen eno Yon Dankai).<br /> This is the original introduction of "Kaizen", to management.<br />
