Conduct small group counseling sessions

Consult with parents regarding academic
and behavioral strategies.

Maintain students’ permanent records

Use student data to collaborate with teachers,
counselors, administrators, students, and family
members to develop interventions, strategies, and
accommodations to address learning and/or
classroom behavioral concerns.
Direct informal collaboration to assist teachers in
differentiated instruction, scaffolding, and flex
grouping.
Schedule and conduct reviews of instructional
interventions with teachers to determine
effectiveness and to adjust to meet students'
academic/behavioral needs.
Conduct SST meetings with parents and teachers to
explain interventions and data results.
