Incoming/Outgoing POPup in CRM
Auto populate Detail from existing record of
Contact/Leads/Account.
Select Disposition of Call
Disposition
Enter Call description/notes & Save.
Call History from Subpanel of Contact/Account/Lead
Call detail views with available details of
(Recording,Description ,Duration,Disposition,Extension)
Easy Call Reporting of All Incoming/Outgoing/Missed
Agent wise /Company wise etc
