Extraction of Clove oil:
The method for extracting clove oil resin from clove. The method comprises the following steps:
 extracting and separating the clove oil resin by utilizing supercritical CO2
 purifying the extracted clove oil resin by means of short-path molecular distillation
 increasing the water solubility of the purified clove oil resin by utilizing an emulsification
solubilizing technology, and finally wrapping the clove oil resin by utilizing a
microcapsule technology to obtain an antiseptic seasoning. The method provided by the

2. invention has the advantages that 1, the extraction efficiency of the clove oil resin is
improved by adopting the CO2 supercritical extraction technology; 2, the
purity of the clove oilresin reaches over 95% by using the short-path molecular
distillation technology; 3, the water dispersion of the clove oil resin is improved by
adopting the emulsification solubilizing technology; 4, the clove oil resin is powdered by
utilizing the microcapsule technology, so that the product concert is more stable; and 5,
the extracted clove oil resin does not contain organic solvent and heavy metal residue.

Extraction of Cinnamon oil:
The extraction process comprises the following steps:
 crushing cinnamon bark which is aired in the shadow, adding ethanol equal with the weight being
1-1.4 times that of the cinnamon bark, mix uniformally for 20-25 seconds under a microwave
condition, putting the mixture subjected to microwave processing into a distillation still after
recycling the ethanol, adding water and a surfactant, carrying out reduced pressure distillation for
0.5-1.5 hours, collecting distillate, standing for 2-10 hours at 4-20 DEG C, and carrying out
centrifugation and oil-water separation to obtain the cinnamon oil. According to
the extraction process of the cinnamon oil, the cinnamon bark is preprocessed by utilizing
microwaves, and cell tissues of the cinnamon bark can be spoiled, so that the following distillation
time is greatly shortened, and the influence on the product quality caused by the
decomposition of thermosensitive substances due to long-time heating is avoided; and the

quality.

Extraction of capsicumlongum:
Principal components of genus Capsicum containing carotenoid pigments are simultaneously extracted
and strenuous with an edible solvent in a series of mixing and high temperature and pressure mechanical
pressing steps using edible solvent and a countercurrent extraction procedure. The extract containing the
carotenoid pigments may be hydrated and then centrifuged to remove fine particulate solids and gums. A
solution having several times the concentration of the carotenoid pigments and other flavor and aroma
components of the starting raw material is obtained. The residual press solids may be cooled and
hydrated following the last pressing operation. The residual press solids and extract have considerably
reduced bacterial counts as a result of the temperatures, high pressure, and high shear utilized, as well
as the low moisture levels employed, thus producing not only a food grade extract but also a food grade

4. residual solid having low bacterial counts and predictable, standardized levels of the principal
components of interest. The degree of browning or caramelization of the residual press solids is
controlled, and the resistance to oxidative deterioration of the carotenoid pigments of both the extract and
the residual solid is improved, by control of the temperature employed. in addition, edible antioxidants can
be included in the solvent to enhance the stability of both the extract and the residual solid.

Extraction of aloe barbadensis:
A method of producing an Aloe vera extract comprising:
preparing powdery Aloe vera mesophyll by removing water from a mesophyll part apart from leaf skin of
Aloe vera by freeze-drying or hot-air drying; and extracting an Aloe vera extract from the consequential
powdery Aloe vera mesophyll by a supercritical fluid extraction method based on the following conditions
(a) to (e):
(a) the extraction solvent is carbon dioxide;
(b) the extraction temperature is 50 to 69°C;

5. (c) the pressure is 15 to 60 MPa;
(d) no entrained is used; and
(e) the extraction time is 50 to 70 minutes.
