2. Conducting meetings in a round robin manner

• Meeting with the needs of the organisation
• Framing the Laws and Policies for anti-discrimination
• Review of the policy the Stakeholder
• Discussion of the policy
• Meeting with stakeholder
Communication Behaviour
• Use of inclusive leadership
• Two sided communication
• Clear language
• Commitment for the diversity
• Democratic leadership

• Active listening of the Laws and policy
• Awareness about the laws
