inclusion and acceptance of employees of all different backgrounds.
Strategies to promote and encourage

 3) Communication with all employees
 4) Offer them implicit bias training
 5) Let the employee learn by doing
 6) Conduct meeting
 7) Educate manager
 8) Create opportunities for cultural awareness
 9) Worth all diversity
 10) Recognize holidays of all cultures
