I have had the pleasure of working with Dan for the past 1 ½ years at JT International USA. When he first joined us I
was refreshingly surprised by the energy & spirit he brought with him to the company.
Since day one he has always fostered a “can-do” attitude, even in the face of hiring challenges or other HR obstacles.
His interpersonal skills are naturally impressive, as he maintains the same level of diplomacy whether he is dealing with
a new-hire candidate or members of upper management.
Over time I’ve watched him build strong relationships with sales managers, with whom he has had to work with
constantly to find ideal candidates for existing and new territories. His position requires him to work with a lot of different
stakeholders and departments, but he handles each situation with patience and diligence.
While our HR department was going through a difficult transition period of an entire HR team essentially leaving and a
new team forming, Daniel remained the anchor of the department by maintaining open lines of communication with past
and present employees, learning the existing process flows and adapting them to the current model that developed
under the new team.
I am sad to lose Daniel as a co-worker in my office but I trust that he will find success in his new endeavors. His
positive attitude and highly flexible networking skills would be an asset to any company.

Dan is full of positive energy and brings a smile to any project. He excels when he knows the mechanics behind the
project – the why and how – because he isn’t satisfied being a cog in the machine. This guidance points Dan to
success in his work.

Working with you has been a pleasure. Your professionalism, knowledge and can do attitude was greatly appreciated.
Whenever I had a question you would be able to answer it and help put me at easy. Our talks in the break room were
also very entertaining.
I wish you all the best always. You are a class act. Nick Siomoulis

“Daniel started with JTI at a time when the person he was replacing as well as his manager both exited the
company. With very little experience and guidance (if any) he was able to bring himself up to speed and teach himself
his role as well as receive “buy in” from the hiring managers in which he was supporting. He did all of this with little
resources provided to him and I never had a complaint from the hiring manager in regard to his performance once I
came on board. Daniel is a nice person with positive energy who strives to do the right thing.”
Sandy Johnson
Working with Dan for the past year has been a pleasure. Since Dan is a recent college graduate, he brings a positive
can-do attitude to the work place. There was no task too big or too small that Dan wasn’t able to master. He is always
willing to lend a helping hand to his colleagues on a professional and personal level. Dan puts his heart into all he
does. Always the first one to say Good Morning and see how your day is going. Dan will be greatly missed.

I have worked very closely with Daniel Ahn during his employment with JT International, USA. Daniel began his journey
with JTI as a temporary back-fill in the HR Department. Because of transitions within the department, Daniel performed
several roles besides recruitment. His can-do attitude and strong work ethic did not go unnoticed. Within a very short
period of time he infused the office with his positive energy and enthusiasm. Daniel has proven to be a highly
motivated self-starter and will be an asset to your company.
