2. • Coordinate with cross functional teams & development of engineering specification for various equipment’s,
equipment capacity and equipment performance requirements.
• Understanding P&IDs and process deliverables, Preparation of bid packages, tenders and cost estimation
• Selection, Design and engineering of process, packing and utility packages.
• Master plan and Layout finalization/optimization
• Feasibility study, Concept designing, Scheme designing and detailed engineering for various green field and
brown field projects.
• Responsible for FAT (Factory acceptance test) on vendor’s site and SAT (Site Acceptance test) on site for Static
and rotating equipment.
• Erection and commissioning of 10 TPH coal/husk fired boiler with all piping and testing like Radiography,
Stress relieving etc.
• Installation and Commissioning of all the Process equipment (both static & rotary) of PERK chocolate line &
kitchen.
• Responsible for Installation and Commissioning of all the Process equipment of 5 Star chocolate line &
kitchen.
• Installation and Commissioning of Packaging lines.
• Coordination and support for Installation and start-up of CIP stations.
• Design, techno-commercial analysis, specification finalisation, FAT, Installation and Commissioning of 150
kg/hr Incinerator.
• Installation and Commissioning of IBR steam line for complete new plant. Input for steam line routing &
review of steam isometric drawing for IBR approval, basic calculations for expansion loops, supports, valve
selection, final BOQ, vendor selection for IBR approved fabricator of the steam line..
• Responsible for Installation and Commissioning of PRS skids & CRS skid & piping. Prepared RFQ & Techno-
commercial bid analysis for PRS skids, CRS skids (overall condensate recovery scheme) and calculation of
condensate load & selection of traps for various areas.
• Design, specification finalisation, Techno-commercial bid analysis for De-humidifier for Powder storage &
conveying area for Chocolate Plant.
• Basic calculation for requirement and technical data preparation for alternate fluid against conventional fluids
for -35°C chiller in order to reduce pump size, reduce toxic quantity, increase efficiency of chiller.
• Responsible for Installation of DG sets (2 nos.) along with their canopies & chimneys.
• Preparing PFD, RFQ & TBA for PHE skid for enhancing life of water cooled air compressors.
• Preparation of water balance, calculations for tanks & de-bottlenecking of existing water system and input in
form of basic scheme/PFD for raw water treatment, water supply and integration with old plant, water
disposal, Effluent treatment (ETP), tertiary treatment for cooling towers.
• Responsible for preparation of specification finalisation & Techno-commercial bid analysis for Water storage
tanks.
• Basic comparison documents for water tanks (5 nos.- 100 kl each) & installation of same (Zn-Al sheet with
rubber bladder).
