Responsibilities
 Execution of HV, LV system Installation, testing and commissioning of LV panels
MDBs &SMDBs, Final DBs, HV Panel & 48VDC system, Diesel Generator sets, Auto
Capacitor Panels ,UPS System based on consultant requirements complying with
local authority standards and project specifications.
 Installation, testing and commissioning of electrical power, internal lighting and
External lighting, Lighting control and dimming control systems.
 Preparation of load schedules, electrical schematic diagram as per Local authority
(ADDC) regulations.
 External lighting including pedestrian, car park and street lighting including apron
flood lighting
 Installation, testing and commissioning of Low current Systems including Fire
Alarm, Central Battery, CCTV, PA with voice evacuation ,AV System, Access Control
 Lighting lux design & calculation
 Installation, testing and commissioning of , cable dressing and termination,
 Control of work by periodic site inspection to maintain the quality after completion.
 Preparation and submission of material submittals as per the project specification.
 Representing progress meeting with Main Contractor, Consultant and Client.

2. duties
 Installation, testing, commissioning of LV Panels ,building internal lighting, street
lighting, underwater lighting and power.
 Installation, testing commissioning of ELV (Fire alarm, Telephone, Data, CCTV,
Access Control system, Public Addressing System, Water Leakage System).
 Review electrical panel schedule ,Tie schedule, cable schedule
 Preparation of shop drawing coordinating with architects and consultants.
 Material Submittal preparation and submission for consultant approval.
 BOQ preparation.
 Reporting to the seniors on work progress and planning to achieve project deadlines.
 Program schedule preparation for the Sub-contractors.
 Preparation of methodology of work & Planning.
 Quality inspection on the installations.
 Raising Inspection for all completed works.
 Testing and commissioning of LV& ELV systems and handing over to the client
