work into smaller parts or tasks

 1. End child labor and exploitation of women
 2. Limit working hours

10.  3. Change Elections and Laws
 A. Initiative- A bill brought by the people to a
vote
 B. Referendum- a vote on an initiative

11.  C. Recall- voters can make politicians face
another election with possible removal
 D. 17th Amendment- Citizens of a state now
elect US Senators instead of state gov’t
