  3. 3. Here’s what WE would want to know…   Who is going to work on your account?   It’s likely that the person who sold you on the agency is just part of your team. Who else will be working with you?   How will the agency measure results?   What does the reporting of results look like?   How long will it take to see results?   What experience does the firm have in your industry?   Ask to see examples or case studies of similar work.   Is the agency proficient in social media?   What are the capabilities?   What are the terms of the agreement; how long are we locked in for?   What’s not included in the agreement? What does the scope look like?   Most importantly, what’s your chemistry like with the key members of the team who will be working on your account?
